At Beyond the Breath, we offer transformative 1:1 sessions, couples sessions, and small group experiences that blend guided breathwork with somatic coaching to help you release stress, process emotions, and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re seeking deep personal healing, stronger relationships, or a shared journey with friends or family, each session is designed to leave you feeling grounded, empowered, and fully present.

Come as you are.
If you’re joining us in person, everything is provided for you — yoga mats, masks, blankets, and headphones. You don’t need to bring a thing. Simply arrive as yourself, open and ready to receive. You are welcome here.

If you’re joining virtually, all you need is a quiet, comfortable space an eye mask and a pair of headphones. I’ll guide you step by step so you can drop in fully, no matter where in the world you are.
