For years, I wore my success like armor. I was a top performer, a high achiever, the one who always delivered more than was asked. But beneath the polished results was a nervous system stuck in fight or flight. I wasn’t creating from a place of peace, I was surviving. And survival, no matter how shiny it looks, is exhausting.
Everything shifted the moment I learned to slow down, listen to my body, and teach it what it had never known: safety. Safety in stillness. Safety in joy. Safety in being fully, unapologetically myself. From that place, life began to meet me differently. Opportunities, relationships, and manifestations flowed, not because I was pushing harder, but because I was finally aligned.
As a child of trauma, I understand how growing up in an unstable household shapes the way we breathe, think, and move through the world. You don’t have to “feel traumatized” for your body to hold on to the echoes of the past. The truth is, as The Body Keeps the Score reveals, our bodies remember what our minds work so hard to forget. Even a lifetime of therapy, while deeply valuable (and I’ve been in therapy my entire life), cannot fully release what the body hasn’t been taught to let go of.
That’s why my work focuses on the body, on helping you rewire your nervous system so that you can feel safe, grounded, and free.
I am a double-certified Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Coach, trained by some of the most respected teachers in both fields. My approach blends the science of nervous system regulation with the art of breath, energy, and presence. I guide my clients through deep, embodied healing, so they can stop living in survival mode and start living in alignment with their truest selves.
This isn’t just about breathwork or somatic coaching. It’s about coming home to yourself—fully, finally, and without condition.
